Above all else, I am a mental health advocate for the ugly & dark side that coincides with mental illness.

My mission is not to spread false positivity about the agony we often endure within our heads but to accept the difficulties that come with it. Each piece is hand painted by myself to reflect the parts of the mind that are harder to speak on. Essentially, I bring art to life when I'm dying inside. This is a safe space to accept all parts of YOU. A space to WEAR YOUR HEAD ON YOUR SLEEVE; proudly & without judgment.

It's okay to be in pain.

It's okay to break.

It's okay to simply exist.
